If you just joined vCare - under the Consumer Protection (The consumer contracts) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory cancellation (cooling off) period of 14 calendar days from the date of your Membership Welcome letter, or email, or SMS text.
After a cooling off period you may cancel your Membership by giving us 30-days notice before the end of the plan renewal period, and the following will apply:
- if you have not used any benefits under the terms of your Membership, your Membership will expire at the end of already pre-paid period. No refund will be offered outside cooling-off period;
- if you have benefitted from our services, any unpaid balance remaining to the full year Membership will be due and payable prior to cancellation;
- if you have received our vCare+ card but did not use any available services, you must return it for a partial refund within 14 calendar days at your own postal expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.

If you pay for your Membership by direct debit, you must also tell your bank to cancel the direct debit. vCare reserves the right to demand full payment if you cancel your Membership plan when the next payment is due.
