Credit / Debit Card
vCare Saver Club Limited offers 100% secure online payments. vCare Saver Club is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
When paying over the phone all payments are handled by Ogone Payment Services. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties and is not kept on our computer systems either. Ogone Payment Services is a technical service provider and does not take care of any disputes linked to orders. These should be settled directly with vCare Saver Club Limited and/or your bank. If you make a payment via our website you will be redirected to secure PayPal website. No PayPal account is required, you can check out as a guest. You will be able to set up your payments directly with PayPal, vCare Saver Club does not store any payment details on our system.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro cards.
All payments which are done through Credit/Debit Card payment mean you are protected by the Consumer Protection (The consumer contracts) Regulations 2013.
Direct Debit
If paying by direct debit, please note that vCare Saver Club Ltd has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited, to collect the payments. vCare Saver Club will be shown on your bank statement for these direct debit payments.
All payments made by Direct Debit mean you are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee below:
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building societies that take part in the Direct debit scheme.
The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or building society.
If the amounts to be paid or the payment date changes DSS will notify you five working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If an error is made by DSS or your bank or Building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
You can cancel a Direct debit at any time by writing to your bank or Building society (subject to our Terms & Conditions). Please also send a copy of the letter to us.

Additional Information
Under the BACS Direct Debit scheme, amendments, updates, changes to or cancellation of a scheduled Direct Debit payment can take up to fourteen working days. Please allow up to fourteen working days for refunds. vCare Saver Club Limited operates a paperless Direct Debit system in accordance with the BACS regulations.
