| 1.1 | These Membership benefits are available only for those members of the club who qualify under certain criteria. You can find more information on certain criteria on the webpage related to each particular benefit. |
| 1.2 | Qualifying benefits are provided by Third parties who were carefully selected and approved by vCare Saver Club. vCare reserves the right of introducing or withdraving benefits without notice and they are subject to availability. All currently abailable benefits are listed on this website. |

| 1.5 | vCare does not sell or supply products and services which are introduced to you via Membership of vCare club. In order to take advantage of offers on benefits provided by Third parties, you will contract directly with those Third parties. |

| 3.2 | Financial products: vCare does not make any reccomendations on suitability of any financial products, like pensions or life insurance. vCare neither qualified nor intend to give financial advise. It is entirely Member's choice on what introduced product they would like to commit to. |
| 3.3 | Please note that vCare only introduces Qualifying benefits. vCare does not sell any of these products or services itself. |
| 3.4 | vCare will not be responsible for any difficulties you have with the provider or the product. vCare provides no warranty or guarantee with regards to the purchases you make from Third parties. |
| 3.5 | Our website and service are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind on availability, functionality, fitness for a purpose, security or accuracy of information. |
| 3.6 | vCare Saver Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of use of our website or inability to use any qualifying benefits. You only recourse against vCare if you are dissatisfied with a Third party's product or service is to cancel your membership in accordance to vCare Cancellation Policy. |
| 3.7 | You agree to indemnify vCare Saver Club, its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out YOUR breach of these terms and conditions or that of our participating Third party. |
