MEMBER BENEFIT

1.1 This Membership benefit is introduced to our Members and powered by Countdown. vCare+ is a rewards & loyalty scheme and provides members with a variety of special offers and discounts at hundreds of major high street and online retailers, as well as thousands of local shops.
1.2 vCare+ rewards card is available as a part of your membership if you joined our club after the 1 June 2014 on Quarterly or Yearly plan. If you joined on a Monthly plan, this benefit is available upon collection of 3-month membership fees. For all members who signed up before the 1 June 2014 the following terms apply:
1.2.1 Members who had vCare membership for over 12 months on either quarterly or yearly payment plan, will need to claim their reward vCare+ Rewards card for free. This is an opt in benefit.
1.2.2 Members with more than 12 months of membership on monthly plans, can upgrade their membership to Quarterly or Annual and vCare+ Reward card will be sent to them for free. Payment fees available at a time of initial sign up will apply.
1.2.3 Members with less than 12 months of membership, can receive their vCare+ Rewards card for free by referring a friend to us.
1.3 vCare+ Rewards card is is valid for one year. You will continue receiving a new card every year upon renewal of your membership with us.
1.4 Majority of our services/benefits are restricted to UK residents who are over the age of 18.
1.5 To receive a vCare+ Rewards card you should make an enquiry to our Member Support team on 0844 310 5657, apply via this website or email us to memberservice@vcaresaverclub.co.uk
1.6 We endeavour to dispatch your card as soon as possible. Your vCare+ rewards card (printed with your unique Membership ID) and a savings booklet with all current available offers should be delivered to your home address witheen 14 calendar days. Upon provision of an email address we might be able to send you login details for an online access for your saving offers within 48 hours from the receipt of your payment.
1.7 Your annual savings booklet will guide you on how to obtain all available savings.
1.8 The average savings are clearly shown in our savings booklet or on the vCare+ webstore.
1.9 From time to time offers may change and we reserve the right to make changes as are reasonably necessary without prior notice.
1.10 No one, except named vCare saver club member should use your rewards card for purchases. However, you can invite your family and friends to become a member of vCare Saver Club and obtain their own vCare+ rewards card.
1.11 In the event that some one does use your card, vCare Saver Club reserves the right to stop your reward benefit.

MONEYBACK GUARANTEE

3.1

In the unlikely event you are unable to obtain a listed saving, please send your receipt to the address below within one month of the refusal date for the refund of the applicable discount.

3.2 This does not apply to accommodation refusals if the hotel projects full occupancy (80% or above) for the dates requested.
3.3 This does not apply to offers that have passed their expiry date.
3.4 Savings in restaurants usually apply to up to four people irrespective of the number of cardholders in the group.
3.5 The Money Back Guarantee offered by Countdown does not apply to any Products purchased via a vCare+ Purchasing Website.

4.

Refunds and Returns Policy

4.1 VCare+ does not have a return agreement with offers suppliers, therefore Gift Cards and vouchers ordered on your behalf cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been received; this does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
4.2

Requests for order cancellation or refund for ordered goods must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery of Product or in the case of a recurring order (including Standing Order and Internet Banking Orders) within 14 working days of the first order being processed and should be made via email to customerservices@countdowncard.com, via telephone on 01462 708 705 or in writing to:

4.3 You have the right to return your vCare+ rewards card within 14 days from the receipt. All items included into your vCare+ package should be returned unused and in the original state. As your card was printed for you with a unique membership number and cannot be re-used.
4.4 vCare Saver Club reserves the right of withholding £10 as non-refundable fee for personalised items. vCare also reserves the right to further reduce the amount to be refunded where the value of goods has been diminished.
4.5 By activating your online account for an access of vCare+ rewards you waive your right to cancel your subscription.

5.

Redemption and Participating Retailers

5.1 All Products are subject to the terms and conditions of Participating Retailers, the Purchaser must refer to the back of the specific giftcard/voucher or to the website of the Participating Retailer for any specific terms and conditions and expiry dates prior to purchase.
5.2 VCare will not be liable for the refusal of any Participating Retailer nor Multi-voucher Retailer to accept or honour a product.
5.3 vCare is not directly linked to any Participating Retailers, Multi-voucher Retailers or Multi-voucher Retailer suppliers who have products listed on a VCare+ Purchasing Website. In the event of a Participating Retailer, Multi-voucher Retailer or a Multi-voucher Retailer supplier going into receivership, administration or bankruptcy, vCare will not refund, exchange or credit in part or in full any Products previously issued remaining unused outside of the refund policy listed in Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 vCare does not make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any material printed in Savings booklet.
6.4 Please note that vCare only provides vCare+ rewards card as a benefit or reward. vCare does not sell any of advertised products or services itself. When you shop from Rewards card retailers, you pay them directly and they are responsible for the product/service you buy, after sales service, warranties etc.
6.5

vCare will not be responsible for any difficulties you have with the retailer or the product. vCare provides no warranty or guarantee with regards to the purchases you make from Rewards card participating retailers/services.

6.6

Our website and service are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind on availability, functionality, fitness for a purpose, security or accuracy of information.

6.7 vCare Saver Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of use of this website or inability to benefit from Rewards card discounts.
6.8 You agree to indemnify vCare Saver Club, its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out YOUR breach of these terms and conditions or that of our participating retailers.
