Your service provider may cover your equipment for an initial 12 months under a manufacturer warranty but after that you are on your own. However, with vCare this discretionary benefit is all part of your membership and there is no need to pay extra, saving you tens of pounds and more if there is a problem.

Our discretionary benefit
- If something goes wrong or simply your Sky remote not working, all you have to do is apply for assistance via this website or give us a quick call on our dedicated technical support helpline 0844 310 5657.
- Approximately 75% of all faults are solved over the phone, enabling you to return to your Digital viewing sooner rather than later.
- We can usually sort things out quickly and may send a fully skilled and qualified engineer to your home as well. Most of our members are up and going in 24-48 hours.
- We use engineers local to you, many are available for evening and weekend callouts, allowing visits and repairs to be done at a time that is convenient to our members.
- We only use CAI or RDI approved emgineers.
